Incredible unpolished example. Rare Zigzag bracelet.
Amazing 1963 Universal Genève Polerouter Tuxedo
This is one of those intances when the bracelet is as rare and desirable as the watch!
This absolutely stunning 1963 Universal Genève Polerouter 204612-2 is not only a great example, but, it comes on its original and rare UG Zig-zag bracelet which is featured on some of the early UG advertisments in the 60s. It is quite possibly the coolest bracelet made in our opinion.
The overall condition of the watch itself is superb, with a sharp twisted lugs and thick case with clear caseback engraving. Light wear marks to the case as to be expected.
The glossy black dial is mesmerising with all the deep lume plots in tact and no visible wearing markes or scratches.
It is the "big UG crown" version, in tact, and in good shape.
The original UG zigzag bracelet is in lovely original condition with no stretch, and strong clasp mechanism, it will extend at the clasp to fit a plus 7.5 inch wrist.
The condition of the whole package is excellent and very hard to find at the moment.
A clear winner all round, don't let this one slip away, it's that good.
