Mido made some of the most beautiful Swiss wristwatches during the 1940s and early 50s. This extremely well preserved example features a signed F. Borgel case with original, sharp brushed case sides and polished lugs, with its original bowler crown.

This model is the larger more uncommon version with large luminous dauphine hands and applied lume on top of the steel hour markers.

The watch has the 4 digit reference between the lugs (0792)

Timeless, and elegant and superbly executed.
