This is a Le Cheminant Super Waterproof Chronograph from the early 1960s.

 

Scewback case measures 39mm with a smooth bezel military tool watch look houses a Landeron calibre 15.5 movement running well and recently serviced.  Black tropical dial features applied olive numerals that are well-preserved and broad arrow military style hands.

 

Overall, high quality build and nice look and feel for this rare chronograph.
