A gorgeous early 1940s Omega Chronometre 30T2RG with scientific sector style centre seconds dial, and a deep tropical patina throughout.
The character on this dial is simple watch art, and this ref in 14K gold and dial combination is seldom seen.
The watch measures 33mm excluding crown but is ample for this reference design being mostly dial, and thinner bezel.
The crown is more than likely a later service replacment.
The watch runs perfectly and the movement has preserved very well for the age.
