A very rare and early gilt dial Movado with silver minute track and applied arabic luminous mass hour markers. This almost has a military feel with legible dial and syringe hands.

The early Movado were very seldom seen with black gloss dial like this one. I have not come across a similar one in this condition.

The FB (Francois Borgel) case is marked with case number and the case is sharp and remains unpolished with horned style lugs, very attractive and elegant on the wrist.

The watch came on this stainless steel slide clasp bracelet but can be paired on a strap of your choice upon request.

Movado has gradually risen in price over the year because of the evident craftmenship and quality they bring to the market.
