This Tudor Oysterdate 7919 dates to 1957 and is special for a few reasons, as it features an original gilt lettered black waffle dial, a roulette date wheel (Red-Black date numerals) and what differentiates it from other 50s tudors of this era is the 20mm lugs, a lot like the Rolex Ovettone. Remebering if this were Rolex on the dial it would be a 20,000-30k watch.

The watch we have here has an extremely well preserved honeycomb dial which unlike so many has kept its original lustre and gorgeous fluffy apricot lume, gilt script and dauphine hands. Some small wear marks to be expected for the age, as it is not a safe queen, but shows its age proudly.

Fully serviced and new plexi and ready to be enjoyed for years to come. A sure sleeper in the market, and seldom seen.
