This watch was produced during a small run and serial range featuring a rare black gilt pie pan arrowhead dial, with date! This is very seldom coming to the market as they were rare, very rare in fact.
The 14393 typically has baton markers, yet during 61 they made some rare transitional dials featuring the early arrow head markers that were typically found on the early 50s Omega Constellations.
The watch has the original decagonal crown.
The watch is in excellent condition for the age and rarity, and has a nice original gilt dial with some light patina, spidering to the finish which is very attractive, it has retained some of the glossy original finish as well.
The case is good, lightly polished in the past with a slightly worn caseback logo.
Overall this is a very attractive and uncommon Constellation.
