A timeless and rare Omega from the 1960s International collection.

 

This vintage Omega was made with a water resistance up to 30 metres, with an elegant stainless steel 33,5mm screw back case with hippocampus logo case back. 

 

It was purchased the 9th December, 1961 as per the paperwork and sold by Cooper & Co. jewellers, Worcester. 

 

It features a manual caliber 600 series movement in excellent vintage condition, serviced and running perfectly. 

 

This watch came from the original owner who purchased it new, wore it a while and then stored it in its original rare Omega Seamaster logo stamped box, and alongside the 

guarantee papers with the reference and name and date of purchase hand written inside.

 

It is very hard to find a complete Omega in this condition from the 60s in such well preserved untouched condition. Especially with a perfect eggshell dial, pumpkin filled alpha hands and almost perfect dial condition. That coupled with its thick case with chamfered edges, and factory swirled caseback, it doesn’t come much nice as a complete package 

 

The perfect gift, or vintage heirloom to tuck away which will only gain value and be more sought after in the coming years.
