Omega De Ville Chronograph 146.017
A crisp and unpolished example of a now highly coveted vintage Omega De Ville reference 146.017 with the high grade caliber 930 movement.
The interesting thing about this watch is the clarity of condition across the watch, and the offset date which cuts into the sub dial, which is just visually very appealing to us. The left sub is akin to a target, and the minutes counter has a radial layout. The watch carries so many details, which is probably why it has been a favourite at Vision V.
The watch is running impeccably well, and with crisp movement, all screwheads clean and as you want to find them, and strong amplitude having been recently overhauled.
The icing on the cake is that it has the 1069 bracelet with 524 endlinks.
The watch is just beautiful, and there is no doubt it will be a future classic, but more than that, it's iconic looks will captivate your sense of asthetic and detail, and you will find yourself staring at your wrist, while not getting much else done, wondering how they did it.
