Movado made some of the most elegant wristwatches during the 40s and 50s. The quality was second to non and they had distinctive qualities that set them apart from other notable Swiss brands.
 
This example is a time capsule having been unworn for many years with original finish on the caseback and sharp case. The case is gold plated with a steel snapback.
 
This example was made for the French market with the addition of "fab suisse" located under the brand.
 
The case measures 33mm approx without crown. The watch is all original parts.
