Stunning and extremely rare this Universal Geneve Vintage 22519 Medico Compax, stainless steel case on a leather strap, case may have been polished in the past but is thick with facets, manual wind caliber 285, very clean original silver dial with applied hour markers, 45-minute counter at 3 o'clock, black pulsation scale, acrylic crystal, circa 1942/43
