For sale is a beautiful and all original as found 1960 stepped dial Omega Speedmaster with DON bezel and sharp unpolished case, and original pushers.

This example with 2911xxx serial range had a "defect" which makes it turn to a slight brown in certain light, or tropicalize on within two ranges. The dial naturally has a warmer tone indicative of the way these watches started to change over the years due, in part to the laquer used, with this example being a very dark hued brown graded in most areas with a string lume colour, which is still in tact and factory finish.

The watch comes on a 1171 Novalink Omega bracelet which was in the correct year and range for this watch.

The case is particulary nice on this example showing the brushed edges of the lyre lugs, and inner factory polished parts.

The seamonster caseback logo is in good condition and strongly engraved.

Overall a beautiful 69' with a lot of character and all original parts which is a crucial factor in buying and investment grade watch of this type.
