A rare and outsanding 1970 Rolex Datejust OP with stunning gloss black gilt mirror dial and 18K white gold fluted bezel on 7836 Oyster bracelet.
The glossy dial has the perfect combination of condition and character with perfectly aged lume plots to a deep pumpkin tone.
The case is thick and retains a good shape.
It has its original date window with open 6 and 9.
The watch has recently been serviced and is one of the nicest gilt Datejusts I have ever seen, don't rest on your laurels with this one!
