Up for grabs is a rare full set Rolex Oyster Perpetual with uncommon silver/grey "Sigma" dial which means the hour markers are fabricated in solid 18K white gold. Please note they appear to be bronze in the photos but this is exaggerated and it is merely tarnish of the gold, being so unused, hence the great condition.
The stainless steel 34mm case looks thick and unpolished, it is doubtful the watch was worn much as it retains a very good overall condition, and even the Oyster bracelet is tight and looks to be sparingly used.
We purchased this from the original owner now in his 80s who has amassed a large collection of Box and Paper Rolex, this was one of them. The watch dates to 1977. Reference 1002.
The watch has been extremely well looked after and even the outer card box is pristine. A true time capsule with Rolex punched papers and booklet, and inner box.
A fantastic piece you can enjoy or tuck away another 30 years for your kids.
