This Breitling Toptime " Thunderball ' panda dial chronograph was the same model Toptime worn by Sean Connery in James Bond's Thunderball, but was modified for with additional Geiger counter for the film. These watches were introduced in 1964. This model is an earlier example with Venus 188, which later became 7730.
