This exact variation of the Hanhart 417es was worn by Steve Mc Queen for many years, and was reputably his favourite watch for many years in film, and while driving his motorcycle.

The Hanhart 417es is a relatively rare watch with only 500 estimated examples in stainless steel or chromed brass, and also a white medical version.

The Hanhart is a flyback chronograph which was shockproof and antimagnetic featuring military lumed hands, matte black dial and beaded bezel.
