Here is a rare and coveted Omega Flightmaster MK1 with amazing Tropical brown dial.
The first generation Flightmaster was made in 1969 especially for pilots to track different time zones with a separate blue GMT hand. The yellow hands were also special order for visibility inside the pilot’s cockpit.
The first generation was only produced for a limited time unil 1970, and possessed the calibre 910 movement which has a 24hr day/night subdial in half green.
The 70s Omega tool watches were known to be ahead of their time, and this is especially true of the design of the Flightmaster. The case and original integrated bracelet seem to fit the curvature of the wrist perfectly, it wears very comfortably.
This example has a gorgeous patina, with chocolate subs, which were originally, black.
