The Rolex Datejust was first introduced in 1945 and has been one of the world's most iconic and quintessential models ever since. This particular reference, the 1603, was introduced by Rolex in 1959 and was produced up until the late 1970s. The 1603 reference denotes a stainless steel Datejust with a milled steel bezel, as opposed to its counterpart, the 1601, which featured a fluted gold bezel.
Here we have a crisp and looks close unused example of a 1603 Rolex Datejust from 1974 with 35xxxx serial with rare Sigma dial (which means the dial furniture is all 18K solid gold)
The case has never been touched, or polished. You will see very very fine scatches but overall it is in mint condition, with it's original jubilee bracelet in new condition, tight with zero stretch.
The limone dial or champagne dial constrasting the solid gold hour markers is stunning. The dial is in A grade condition.
The watch winds and sets like a new watch, it has the factory sticker still preserved on the caseback.
The watch comes with box and paperwork, except its papers with serial number.
One of the best condition Datejusts you can find today!
